There was lots to celebrate at 544 Bridgeport on Friday, January 16.
This year marks the fifth anniversary of the building’s opening, and tenants made the most of the occasion by celebrating their birthdays too. The evening included cake and ice cream (of course!), a presentation with photos from the building’s construction and tenant activities over the past five years.
One of the highlights was a game of The Price Is Right, with a twist. Players had to guess prices from 1944, which led to plenty of laughs and a spontaneous chocolate bar toss.
You hear this said a lot but it’s true: housing is about more than buildings. It’s about community.
