For many people in our community, Martin Buhr is an inspiration. As the founding president of MennoHomes, now Beyond Housing, Martin has spent decades working to ensure everyone has a safe, affordable place to call home.
This year, as Beyond Housing celebrates its 25th anniversary and Martin turns 87, he is preparing for his final Out-Spok’n fundraising ride.
Over the years, Martin has raised more than $387,000 for affordable housing. His goal this year is to raise $113,000, bringing his lifetime total to an incredible $500,000.`
