Note 1 – Beyond Housing does not provide support services. If a member of your household needs support services to live independently, you must provide a letter from an agency that confirms what supports are needed. It must confirm that you can live on your own with the agency’s supports.

Note 2 – Utilities are not included. Apartments have individual electricity meters. Tenants are responsible for registering an account with Enova Power Corp. Heating and cooling is by a heat pump system.

Note 3 – It is expected that this building will be MPAC property tax exempt. As such, rent receipts for income tax purposes cannot be issued. This may have an impact on your Trillium Benefit.
