Stacked Townhouses in Kitchener
Safe, supportive homes — thanks to you!
Thanks to our generous donors, families who have experienced domestic violence will soon have a safe place to call home.
Created in partnership with Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region, New Beginnings will provide safe and supportive housing for 54 women and children in stacked townhouse units.
A donation of land from a caring local family launched this project. And now, with overwhelming support from our community, we’ve reached our $2-million campaign goal and construction has begun.
Donations are still welcome, and any funds not needed for New Beginnings will be invested as seed funding for new projects currently in the predevelopment phase.
