2025 Year End Newsletter

As we wrap up the year,  I’m glad to share some good news about the progress you’ve helped make possible.

Work is well underway at “New Beginnings — A Place to Call Home” in Kitchener. We now have our building permit in hand, and construction began on November 19. This is also the first time we’ve reached a capital campaign goal before putting a shovel in the ground — a remarkable milestone made possible by your support. In our upcoming annual report, you’ll find a story about the difference your generosity makes for the families who will call these townhouses their home.

Thank you for your trust and commitment. While you may not always see the activity, important steps are happening each day to bring more safe, affordable homes to our community. Your belief in this work keeps us moving forward.

I’m looking forward to sharing more with you at the Annual General Meeting on January 27 and in the months ahead!

With thanks,

Dan Driedger
Executive Director

P.S. We’re test-driving a new format for our newsletter. Let us know what you think!
