The site at the corner of Bridgeport and Lancaster is large enough to include a 2nd building that will provide an additional 48 affordable apartments. Zoning is approved and site services are completed. This project is considered “shovel ready” and well-positioned to move forward once sufficient funding is in place. Stay tuned for more details!
